I have a decision to make.

    1. Begin working at a doctor’s office again, with definite hourly pay, most likely benefits including Medical, Dental, etc. after 90 days, and work M-F, 40 hours a week.

    or

    2. Roll the dice with my massage jobs, where I’ve had no healthcare since I was 18, where I work 4 days a week for 28 hours at a destinated place, and pick up lots of chair massage gigs, where I am able to make as much as I want if I hustle. I will be a shit ton more flexible, instead on a fixed schedule. I feel like I will be more comfortable overall, but that’s just it… when it gets slow, my income will suffer, and I will become uncomfortable or worrisome of bills.

Now I am trying to eventually, and I haven’t told anyone this, move to Florida so I can start the program at Full Sail in Film. I will have more money from option 1, being able to save up and knowing I will have my weekends off, but then again, I enjoy being able to stay up late and wake up either early or later, with no pressure. I hate waking up super early to go to the same place everyday, and since I haven’t had my office job, and I’ve kind of been my own boss, dictating when I want to work, I’ve began to love life so much more. The fact that you have the ability to control your life is one of the greatest feelings.

So do I take Definite Money and healthcare, or Roll the Dice and stick to owning my own life, having the ability to make money and be flexible. I’m only 21.

That’s all I can think about right now.
